Terms of Service for verbuise.com and app.verbuise.com

By accessing or using Verbuise (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Verbuise provides content localization services, including but not limited to language translation, image localization, and currency conversion. The Service is available through various platforms and integrations, including APIs.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Account Types: Verbuise offers both personal and organizational accounts, with varying levels of access and roles, such as admin, creator, developer, and translator.

4. Fees and Payment

• Subscription Plans: The Service is available on a subscription basis starting at $7 per month. Additional fees may apply for premium features or higher usage levels.
• Payment Terms: Payments are due at the beginning of each subscription period and are non-refundable.

5. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service.
• License: By uploading content to the Service, you grant Verbuise a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, violating any laws, infringing on intellectual property rights, or engaging in harmful or disruptive activities.

7. Termination

Verbuise reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verbuise shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Verbuise reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or these Terms, at any time with or without notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
